On the way to the beautiful Halkidiki beaches, you can find the main Tsantali Winery. It has been designed to be functional for the reception and the management of vast quantities and it utilizes gravity for the smallest amount of distress of the raw material. The total capacity of the winery is 20 million liters.
The underground cellar hosts more than 2.000 barrels in temperature and humidity controlled conditions, where the estate’s wines age. Equipped with modern machinery and with constant respect to the grapes, the knowledge and the experience of its people is combined with up to date technology for the production of quality wines. The new wine tasting room is where the journey begins, where the taste buds are exposed to world of different wine personalities.
The traditional pot-stills slowly and aromatically distill the ouzo according to the secret and unique Tsantali family recipe, while the cut of the edge distillery produces the unique “Abaton Tsipouro” from select Mount Athos grape varieties.
