In the spirit of innovation and throughout TSANTALI history, a collection of Limited-Edition wines have been released. With only 3000 bottles in existence, this is a very special and rare bottle from the Xinomavro variety. The next release will be dependent on a bit of luck, ideal weather conditions and the right parcels of fruit.

Tasting Note

Pale pink color with salmon highlights. Aromas of fresh fruits such as grapefruit, cherry, and pomegranate together with delicate floral and herbal notes. Dry on the palate with refreshing acidity and long juicy aftertaste.

Ideal serving temperature: 7-13°C (45-55 °F)

• Grapes are picked by hand and passed through sorting tables for the best quality fruit to be selected. Cold maceration for a short period of time and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
